Hospitality is a discipline.
The work that turns a guest list into a relationship, and a sponsorship into a return.
PortraitKaelynn Lesniak designs and delivers the events brands are remembered for. Over five years she has built a career across event marketing, corporate partnerships, and global sports hospitality, with flagship work in the Formula 1 paddock and on the world's leading industry stages.
Her instinct for hospitality was formed early, in the American Saddlebred show ring, where presentation, composure, and the ability to read a room decide the result. She carried that discipline into a Sports Marketing degree at Indiana Wesleyan University, then into the field, beginning on the agency side, where she built B2B and B2C activations and scaled regional programs into national, multi-city tours.
At Keeper Security she moved in-house, first owning the company's Tier 1 cybersecurity trade show presence, including Black Hat, RSA Conference, and Identiverse, before stepping up to lead global industry events and partnerships. There she directed Formula 1 partnership hospitality end to end across the Grand Prix calendar, alongside a portfolio of corporate partnership programs and executive experiences.
Across every program the through-line holds: anticipate what matters, manage the details no one should have to notice, and create moments that move both people and business. She is based in Tampa, Florida, and works with partners worldwide.
When the logistics are invisible, the experience is all that remains.
Roots in the show ring
Away from the event floor, Kaelynn's roots remain in the equestrian world that shaped her: the American Saddlebred show community she grew up competing in. It taught her that excellence is quiet, that preparation is everything, and that the most impressive performances are the ones that look effortless.
It is the same perspective she brings to every brand she works with: a calm hand under pressure, an eye for the detail that elevates an experience, and a conviction that how people are made to feel is the most lasting thing any program can deliver.
